At this time, we are shipping orders the following business day after placing an order. Should the situation change, we may have to make adjustments to our shipping. Below are the policies of FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
FedEx - If you are requesting delivery to a business, please check that they are open.
UPS - As of March 26, 2020, UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments to any destination has been suspended. If you are requesting delivery to a business, please check that they are open. If the business is closed, UPS will hold your package and attempt to complete the delivery later if the receiving location has indicated to UPS that it will reopen within 9 days. However, if the business is closed indefinitely, UPS will return the package to us.
USPS - USPS announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on transportation availability, some services would experience delays beginning April 17, 2020. Below is what you need to know:
USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will now be extended to 3-4 days.
USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows.
USPS will still do its best to deliver packages as quickly as possible.

Orders will ship either by USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, Federal Express, or UPS. Shipping charges may change due to increases from the vendors. When the office is closed, expect shipping to resume after the office is reopened. In most cases, once shipped, your order will usually arrive within two to five business days. If you have provided a good email address with your order, you received a tracking number and shipper information the day your package left our office. Please use the tracking number with the shipper to locate your package. There may be delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Barrels will generally ship via UPS Ground or the best way possible. Barrels shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will be by USPS Priority Mail.
PayPal requires us to ship to the address on your PayPal account. Be sure your shipping address matches your PayPal account. If you want to send a package somewhere other than your account's address, please use a credit card. If your address doesn't match, refunds will be issued less the transaction fee. After May 6, 2019, PayPal returns will be processed less than the PayPal transaction fee.
Items are eligible for return or exchange within three weeks from the date of purchase if unused, in original condition, and packaging. Special order Manurhin 73 parts, discontinued items, and clearance items are not returnable.
All returns require prior authorization. Call our office or email for authorization. If you email, please include a reason why you are making a return. Returns made without authorization are subject to an additional fee. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Include receipts and any other paperwork.
Barrels must be returned in the original box with the proof house paperwork. Wadlock barrels must also include the choke tube and wrench. Fired barrels are not returnable except under warranty.
For barrels, use the original shipping box and remove all labels. If the original shipping box is not available, pack barrel(s) into another outer box for return shipping. Items returned without all packaging and paperwork are subject to a 15% fee.
After May 6, 2019, PayPal returns will be processed less the PayPal transaction fee.
Shipping costs are not refunded. Shipping costs to return items are the customer's responsibility. Return items using one of the following methods: FedEx, UPS, or USPS with a tracking number and insurance. Please send us the name of the shipper used along with the tracking number.
After an item is received, please allow two to three days for us to process your return. It might take an additional billing cycle for your issuing bank to list the credit on your credit card statement.

Barrels and choke tubes have a manufacturer's warranty for one year from the date of purchase. If you have a warranty issue, call 717-524-5301 or email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your barrel.
