Due to COVID-19, we are shipping packages via UPS or FedEx on Mondays and Thursdays only.

FEDEX - If you are requesting delivery to a business, please check that they are open.

UPS - As of March 26, UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments to any destination has been suspended. If you are requesting delivery to a business, please check that they are open. If the business is closed, UPS will hold your package and attempt to complete the delivery at a later date if the receiving location has indicated to UPS that it will reopen within 9 days. However, if the business is closed indefinitely, UPS will return the package to us.

USPSOn Friday, USPS announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on transportation availability, some services will experience delays beginning April 17, 2020. Below is what you need to know.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will now be extended to 3-4 days

  • USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows. 

USPS will still do its best to deliver packages as quickly as possible. 

Returns:

Items are eligible for return or exchange within three weeks from the date of purchase if unused, in original condition, and packaging. Special order Manurhin 73 parts, discontinued items, and clearance items are not returnable. 

All returns require prior authorization.  Call our office or email for authorization.  Returns made without authorization are subject to an additional fee. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Include receipts and any other paperwork. 

Barrels must be returned in the original box with the proof house paperwork. Wadlock barrels must also include the choke tube and wrench. Fired barrels are not returnable except under warranty.

Use the original shipping box and remove all labels.  If the original shipping box is not available, pack barrel(s) into another outer box for return shipping.   Items returned without all packaging and paperwork are subject to a 15% fee. 

After May 6, 2019, PayPal returns will be processed less the PayPal transaction fee.   

Shipping costs are not refunded.  Shipping costs to return items is the customer's responsibility.  Return items using one of the following methods:  FedEx, UPS, or USPS with a tracking number and insurance.  Send us the name of the shipper used along with the tracking number.

After an item is received, please allow two to three days for us to process your return. It might take an additional billing cycle for your issuing bank to list the credit on your credit card statement.

Warranty:

Barrels and choke tubes have a manufacturer's warranty for one year from the date of purchase. If you have a warranty issue, call 717-524-5301 or email info@hastingsdistribution.com before returning your barrel.

Orders will ship either by USPS Priority Mail, Federal Express, or UPS.  When the office is closed, expect shipping to resume after the office is reopened. In most cases, once shipped, your order will arrive within two to five business days. Barrels will ship via FedEx, UPS Ground, or the best way possible.  Barrels shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will be by USPS Priority Mail.
