Special Order Parts

To place an order for special order parts, please e-mail us at info@hastingsdistribution.com with the following information:

• Name as it appears on credit card
• Billing and shipping address (if different)
• Phone number
• Please order by the part number.  Our sku number and the part number will match. Please indicate the part number(s) with description(s) and the quantity of each part.
  

Please call us with your credit card information 717-524-5301 (M-F 10 am - 5 pm Eastern time).  Do not include your credit card information in your e-mail to us.  We will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  Once the order is placed with the factory, it cannot be changed.  The parts may take anywhere from two to three months for delivery.  Sometimes, additional time may be required for factory production.  We usually have a monthly order that is sent to the factory in France on the first Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of each month.  Special order parts are not returnable.

The following parts listed on the schematic are not available:  011, 012, 015, 052, 088, 097, 111, 114, 115, 116, 117, 123, 126, 143, 160, 175, 179, 180, 181, 185, 233, 406, 413, 616, 617, 620, 626, 632 and 640. 

Barrels, cylinders, and frames are not available. We do not have a gunsmith on staff and are unable to assist you with repairs or service of your gun.
