Clean Sweep Shotgun Cleaning System.  Made by Chief's.  Fits all 12ga barrels except extra full turkey chokes .689" diameter and under.  Ported chokes or barrels may damage the brass sweepers.  This product mounts to 8-32 shotgun cleaning rod and uses a brass sweep to clean the bore, this product is especially useful for cleaning the 12ga Hastings slug barrels of plastic and powder.  This may not work with other rifled slug barrels as the number of lands and grooves vary from one manufacturer to another. Also useful for standard smoothbore barrels.
